Baillieu Chardonnay 2025

Pronounced aromas of white blossom, yellow peach & tropical fruit with hints of vanilla oak, butterscotch & almond. The palate is well-balanced, featuring citrus, guava, & stone fruit, layered with mild vanilla spice, honey & creamy undertones.

Elgee Park Chardonnay 2025

Rich aromas of honeysuckle, lemon pith, nectarine & vanilla custard lead to a complex, balanced palate of citrus, stone fruit, toasty oak & buttery notes. Wild yeast fermentation & regular lees stirring in French oak, followed by malolactic fermentation & 10 months in barrique, bring texture and softness.

Dexter Chardonnay 2024

Aromas of white pepper, sea spray & mint overlay floral & beeswax notes.  The palate is layered with creamy stone fruit, lime zest & a mineral backbone.  A tightly coiled, refreshing Chardonnay with depth & age-worthy structure.

Yal Yal Chardonnay 2021

Bright aromas of nectarine, citrus, and peach, balanced by delicate oak influence. The medium-bodied palate offers lemon zest and toasted almonds, finishing with elegant minerality and vibrant acidity
